Refuge
Retreat
February 15 through February 21
Everyone needs and seeks protection from suffering.
Often we confuse temporary sources of relief for ultimate protection.
The practice of Buddhist Refuge is a practice of clarifying what
will give us actual ultimate protection from suffering, and deepening
our determination to gain this. Learn more about the practice
of refuge at the Introduction to the Refuge Retreat at 7pm on
Friday, February 15.
Over the following six days, you are invited
to engage in meditation retreat with us to deepen your experience
of this refuge practice. You may come to as many or as few sessions
as you like and you may join at any time.
